Health Answers by Pfizer also known internally as HIN is a new consumer health & wellness digital product developed in support of our Purpose Blueprint Big Idea 3.1 placing health information at peoples fingertips. Health Answers by Pfizer is powered by generative AI and provides up to date relevant answers to any health & wellness question. It summarizes information from trusted and credible organizations that have high standards for maintaining a science-based approach and editorial independence. Consumers can ask any health or wellness question and get a clear answer. They can ask follow-up questions or choose from suggested ones and it will retain the context of their prior question. If they want to dive deeper on a particular topic they can scroll down for relevant articles videos and things to try at home. They can also easily connect with an expert when needed.
What You Will Achieve
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Delivery Director to join our Health Answers by Pfizer team. This role will be pivotal in providing technical and project oversight on our analytics on-site marketing and CRM efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front end website technology project management web analytics marketing optimization A/B testing and CRM. The Solution Delivery Director will help shape the future success and growth of the Health Answers by Pfizer consumer health & wellness digital product and will contribute to making health information more accessible and actionable for consumers.
How You Will Achieve It
Analytics Development Oversight: Oversee the full spectrum of analytics development support across both marketing and product including web & mobile app analytics. This includes end-to-end ownership of analytics tagging on-page and in-app event tracking and the implementation of marketing pixels. Ensure robust development processes and quality assurance protocols are in place so that all user interactionswhether marketing-driven or product-basedare accurately captured validated and reported.
Marketing Development Oversight: Oversee marketing development squad; Deliver on marketing development requests such as landing pages A/B testing funnel creation on-site upsell opportunities and more.
Tech Project/Program Management: Create product backlog related to Marketing and Analytics development lead team using agile methodology collaborate cross-team to ensure success.
CRM: Oversee Adobe CRM operations and development; configure profiles and journeys understand notification logic and flow.
Overall Solution Delivery: Create product backlog for other delivery squads as needed using agile methodology.
Project Leadership: Extend delivery management to other areas of Health Answers as needed including web front end back end and mobile.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelors degree in Technology Digital Marketing Analytics or a related field with 8 years of applicable experience
Experience in consumer digital products and associated technical project management roles is highly desirable.
Proven experience in digital development digital marketing analytic development or a related field.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Adobe Analytics Tableau).
Familiarity with data visualization techniques tools and statistical methods
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing CRM and data analytics.
Understanding of the consumer health and wellness or healthcare industry is a plus.
Nice-to-Have
Masters degree is preferred
