Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations processing and monitoring incoming payments donations and revenue reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists
- Supervise the processing of incoming payments following financial policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including verifying classifying computing posting and recording accounts receivable data
- Ensure timely posting of all invoices and payments
- Review the accounts receivable ledger for accuracy and proper posting
- Process donations accurately and in a timely manner
- Address discrepancies and resolve billing issues
- Review and post daily and weekly transactions into the accounting software
- Conduct monthly quarterly and year-end close process reviews and ensure compliance
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card and/or satisfactory applicable state background check
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel
