Shift Times:
The shift pattern would require you to work days and nights and two out every five weekends. The average shift pattern is 33.6 hours a week although this can be topped up by covering your colleagues holidays.
The shift times are:
Day shift - 08:00 16:00
Mid shift 16:00 00:00
Late Shift 00:00- 08:00
At weekends we work 24 hours a day so either 08:00 to 20:00 or 20:00 to 08:00
Pay Details:
18.66 per hour average weekly hours 32 giving a weekly pay of no less than 597.12

Britsafe Limited a leading security company is seeking a Control Room Operator to join our Security department. As a Control Room Operator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients premises.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring staff attendance on site.
Discussing welfare issues with site-based staff to ensure safe working practices are maintained.
Calling staff to deal with any shortfalls in manning arranging cover if any staff call in sick or fail to attend.
Escalating concerns about staff performance to their managers.
Respond to alarms and incidents and take appropriate action
Coordinate with security personnel on the ground to ensure a swift response to any security breaches.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
Communicate effectively with clients colleagues and emergency services.

Job requirements
Prior experience as a Control Room Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Great phone manner and ability to strike up good relationships with site-based staff over the phone
