Location: East Grinstead RH19
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Worth Recruiting is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator for a successful independent estate agency in East Grinstead.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Handling residential property sales from initial enquiry to completion
- Conducting viewings and following up leads
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Spotting opportunities to win listings and instructions
- Providing high levels of customer service throughout the sales process
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in estate agency sales
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Well-presented self-motivated and ambitious
- Knowledge of the East Grinstead area (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
- Professional approach with strong work ethic
