About the Role
This hybrid role blends the warm relationship-driven nature of patient coordination with the fast-paced energy of front office reception. Youll:
- Be the welcoming face of the clinic managing reception duties appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups with efficiency and care.
- Support patients as they begin their smile journeybuilding trust answering questions and ensuring they feel informed and valued every step of the way.
- Use your people skills and solution-focused mindset to help patients take the next step in their treatment creating a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and the broader team to deliver consistent high-quality care.
What Youll Bring
- 2 years experience in sales customer service or patient coordination experience in cosmetics private healthcare luxury retail or wellness is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey treatment-related information clearly calmly and with empathy.
- A strong service mindset youre driven to create positive experiences and support each patients journey.
- Confidence in managing bookings reception responsibilities and payment conversations.
- High attention to detail and the ability to coordinate tasks such as follow-ups appointment scheduling and supporting dentist-led treatment plans.
- A collaborative can-do attitude and a desire to grow and evolve within the role and business.
