Position Summary:
- Lead and operate the IT discipline for properties and managed offices in the Melbourne Cluster IT team.
- Cultivate technology leadership capability and develop talent via effective succession planning mentoring and performance management
- Provide support to Operations leaders for Owner relations and negotiations on IT matters.
- Perform Business Council member role representing IT.
- Management Property Internet Support
- Work with ADIT on technology partner management and product development for the assigned market.
- Take full accountability for daily IT operations across hotels and company offices.
Skills required:
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills with emphasis on business-oriented material.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Past Project Management and Organisation skills.
- Competent written and spoken English skills.
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar managerial IT role within hospitality or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally within cluster properties on a frequent basis

- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative problem solver with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Hotel or Hospitality Management education or Bachelors degree level or equivalent.
- Up-to-date knowledge of global hospitality technology trends.
- Hands-on operational and technical experience with hospitality management systems both back-of-house and guest-facing.
