POSITION: #208-CLS-06-25:
High SchoolSecretary/Receptionist - CTE
Wenatchee HighSchool - CTE Dept
8.0 hours per day/211 days per year
Salary: $22.45 - $24.83 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide secretarial support and services for the CTE department. Work under the direction of the CTE director or designee to support CTE staff in the organization of information data tracking data analytics communication across departments coordinating informational events communicating with stakeholdersexporting/importing data into/out of multiple systems working with external stakeholders to transfer dataorganize and process student forms using Google suite filing schedule appointments. Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:Information Technology (IT) experience preferred. Skyward experience preferred. Secretarial/clerical experience preferred. Experience usingMac computers preferred. Experience in an educational setting preferred. Knowledge of recordkeeping and filing systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to relate well to a diverse population of students staff and the public. Good human relations skills. Ability to work with constant interruption. May require prolonged sitting or standing. Attendance and punctuality are important functions of this position. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

220 - 259 Day Employees - Paid leave benefits include 10 days of sick leave 3 personal leave days and 11 holidays.
260 Day Employees - Paid leave benefits include 12 days of sick leave 2 personal leave days 14 holidays and 12 vacation days.
Tuition reimbursement 50% up to $450 per year for qualified expenses.
