Summary Job Description

The role of the Brand Experience Specialist Marketing is to drive customer acquisition by building meaningful brand experiences through events throughout the Tachus community. While establishing Tachus as a trusted Internet provider you will generate new sales opportunities & customers for communities that we serve. This is a supervisor postion and will have direct responsibility for event team members both employee and contract. Events may range in size from staffing a Tachus on-site presence at a major regional location (i.e. Concert or Sports venue) to smaller more community based events (i.e. HOA Clubhouse relevant Golf outings local town mall or community park). This position will also play a role in the development of strategy management of vendors and be able to track ROI & budgeted expenses. The successful individual will support and cross-train in all facets of the marketing department. This is a highly-collaborative position within a growing team environment.

Direct Responsibilities

  • Execute and contribute to Tachus event strategy including but not limited to: Identifying key opportunities & locations for events; securing event date time & location; train team to staff events (inhouse & contractors); and develop elevator pitch demos etc. that team will use at event
  • Setup & run entire event (directly on-site) from start to finish maintain pre and post show communication event marketing and event attendance building relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Will request discuss and negotiate agreements for small event venues locations etc. (with final approval from marketing leadership)
  • Develop and work with other teams within Tachus to support efforts including call center sales and operations
  • Analyze track and report on event ROE based on pre-set event goals budget and CAC
  • Works with Marketing Leaders to organize & staff events with company representatives & brand ambassadors
  • Work with in-house creative & brand agency to ensure event display and marketing reflect the Tachus brand
  • Work with social media email and digital team to ensure successful marketing of events to community as well as follow-up celebration of success
  • Primarily drive customer acquisition thru onsite activations
  • Orders and tracks all event inventory including collateral giveaways supplies etc.
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

Skills And Experience

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2years experience in carrying out event marketing including planning attendance and budget
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects including resources budgets and onsite personnel
  • Flexible schedule is necessary to be able to coordinate and work marketing events outside normal hours/days
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools direct mail print media email google social media etc. to coordinate with internal teams
  • Experience promoting brands through various marketing channels
  • Make decisions to drive action and influence team members and peers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter - analytical detail-oriented and project management skills
  • Expert computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Powerpoint Outlook) and Salesforce CRM & Hubspot
  • Strong interpersonal and team-relational skills
  • Telecommunications; technology background a plus!
  • Thrives in cross-functional team-based environment
  • Must be able to assume a high level of individual responsibility
  • Physical activities include but are not limited to: climbing stooping kneeling crouching reaching standing walking and lifting up to 30 pounds
