What Youll Do
As a Project Manager working within the Product Development & Innovation Department at Enstall you will be responsible for all facets of project management; process budget resources timelines quality collaboration and documentation. Ideally you have experience with product development sourcing launch and positioning in a B2B environment (distributor and direct channel). You will collaborate with Product Management engineering testing sourcing and many more; and contribute to delivering innovative rooftop solar racking hardware to the market.
- Work with ProductManagement to defineprojectscope timeline risksand objectives
- Collaborateand communicate with stakeholders to estimate resource needstomeetobjectiveson time andwithinbudget
- Manage projects toourestablishedproduct developmentprocess(stage-gate model)
- Assist in aligning stakeholders to support smoothproduct transitionsacross theproductlife cyclefrom introduction to end-of-life
- Account for taskscross-functionally to adhere to or improve schedules at each phase.
- Cross-functional collaborations (engineering testing sourcing etc)
- Perform any other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree inEngineeringbusinessor related field
- 5years of project management and related experiencein hardware development (non-IT)
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the fullproductlife cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Solaror renewable energyindustry experience(preferred)
Where Youll Be Located
This is a hybrid position (2-3 days/week in the office or more when business needs dictate) and will be based in any of our main office locations (North Andover MA Hayward CA or Tempe AZ).
What Well Offer
This is a limited duration full-time position with an expected end date on or before December 12 2025. The position is benefit-eligible for the duration of the assignment.
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individuals relevant experience skills education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $80000 and $120000 annually if located in the San Francisco Bay Area market. In addition to base salary Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission depending on their position.
