A well-established partner hospital in Naples Florida is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join their compassionate and collaborative team. This role offers an incredible opportunity for a skilled veterinarian who values leadership community impact and a healthy work-life balance.
Clinical Leadership: Deliver high-quality relationship-based care in diagnostics treatment and surgery.
Team Management: Oversee the veterinary team assist with staffing training scheduling and performance guidance.
Client Communication: Build trust with pet owners through transparent communication and compassionate care plans.
Patient Oversight: Ensure excellence in patient care documentation and medical outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Practice Manager and leadership team to maintain clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or equivalent)
5 years of clinical experience in small animal practice preferred
Proven ability to lead coach and collaborate with veterinary teams
Strong clinical surgical and interpersonal skills
Active Florida license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
Flexible Compensation: Salary or ProSal structure no negative accrual
