With a legacy in sunflower and specialty crop processing this U.S.-based company offers a diversified portfolio of branded consumer goods food ingredients and private label solutionsserving retail foodservice and industrial sectors. Commercial Growth & Market Expansion
- Drive topline growth through commercial excellence and innovation
- Strengthen strategic customer relationships and execution across channels
- Expand go-to-market capabilities in retail foodservice and industrial sectors
- Identify new product-market opportunities and M&A targets
Operational & Financial Performance
- Ensure excellence in manufacturing quality supply chain and logistics
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement safety and disciplined cost control
- Oversee capital investment and operational scalability initiatives
- Partner with the CFO to ensure financial transparency and strong EBIT performance
People & Organizational Culture
- Lead with integrity humility and a clear sense of purpose
- Develop and empower an experienced executive team
- Attract retain and grow high-performing talent across all levels
- Promote a collaborative values-driven and results-oriented culture
Your Qualifications
- Proven success as a CEO President or senior executive with full P&L responsibility in food manufacturing agriculture or CPG
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth through commercial strategy and operational leadership
- Deep understanding of both branded and private label business models
- Experience leading complex operations across manufacturing and supply chain
- Visionary strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Collaborative and authentic leader with high standards for performance and culture
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
