Compensation: $55000

This position will offer you the opportunity to learn and utilize The Logic Model as well as earn your CSAY-C Certification!
NYAP is actively searching for an Office Based Therapist to provide services to youth ages 5-21 and their families that are experiencing problematic behavioral. These clients are involved with our PASS/Healthy Ways PSB (Practicing Alternative and Safe Solutions) program. In this position you will be the first line intervention diversion and/or after-care service for youth experiencing problematic sexual behavior. Our PASS-PSB/Healthy Ways team continues to see fantastic success rates with this program come join a thriving team!

Responsibilities
Provide group individual and family counseling in the office daily and/or weekly.
Conduct Standardized Risk Assessments and Diagnostic Assessments using JSOAP and PROFESOR .
Assist in implementing goals and objectives of the treatment plans.
Meet weekly with the treatment team(s).
Attend professional/development trainings and team meetings; obtainCSAY-C certification.
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid LSW or LPC licensure required.
- Experience in providing both individual and family therapy preferred.
Driving and Vehicle Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Good driving record
- Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100000/$300000 bodily injury liability
