Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) Part-Time
Physical Therapist (PT) in the Laredo area for both home health and outpatient clinic.

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Duties include: *
- Perform care as defined by the clients individual Plan of Car
- Monitor the patients condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local state and federal laws
- Counsels the client and family in related needs
- Supervise PTAs

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas
- Current CPR
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Reliable car/auto insurance
- Clean background and criminal record
