Support the work of the InnovateOhio Platform (IOP) OCM team and the IOP Customer Experience Program:
Researching and vetting content for enhanced IOP training.
Compiling and inputting content into Articulate and for self-directed learning modules.
Compiling and delivering communications and weekly communication reports.
Creating and organizing meeting notes for OCM meetings.
General administrative task tracking for project and enterprise-wide OCM efforts.
Maintaining and updating the CX OCM Confluence space and training repository.
Support development of innovative retrospective data collection and tracking.
Perform other duties as assigned
