Job Description
SUMMARY
Infiniti of Charlotte is looking for an Internet Manager to join our growing sales department. Youll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met. We are experiencing record growth and with that comes opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create maintain and measure the internet and business development processes for sales
- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
- Manage a group of customer service representatives in a call center environment
- Maintain daily weekly and monthly sales forecasts
- Manage and track all leads
- Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Cultivate engaged intelligent and consistent staff
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
- Answer customer inquiries
- Strive for continual improvement in the BDC and the company as a whole. Give recognition when it is earned
- Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous dealership experience is a huge plus
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Superior communication skills both oral and written
- Strong email and phone presence is necessary
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
- Must be willing to submit to a background check to employment.
- Automotive industry experience preferred
