How will you make an impact in this role
Commercial & Merchant Servicing Integration (CMSI) enables Commercial & Merchant Services (CMS) to deliver superior service to our customers by delivering efficient and effective servicing strategies large scale business transformation first class change management and proactive risk mitigation.
We collaborate with our partners in GMNS GCS Banking GSG Operational Excellence and Compliance to drive business growth and world class servicing. This ensures an ongoing continuum of service enhancements and targeted improvements to increase the value of American Express to our customers.
Responsibilities:
This position is a multi- market role within the CMSI team which is a project enablement function that works with all CMS teams and all lines of business. The successful candidate will contribute to all aspects of the team with a primary focus on driving process improvements and enabling flexibility deploying new capabilities/ products to support growth. They will be pivotal in the maturation of the project management toolset including refining prioritization methodologies capacity management and portfolio reporting. In addition they will participate in management meetings be expected to develop a strong strategic understanding of the portfolio and be able to actively contribute to the departmental approach. This includes anticipating future portfolio deliverables and collaborating across all CMSI teams to ensure all relevant data is available on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
This role will require strong organizational and communication skills and hands-on experience running projects is an advantage.
