We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Insurance Verification Clerk at Rock Valley Physical Therapy. Responsibilities will be verifying physical therapy occupational therapy or speech therapy benefits for new patients that are scheduled in designated clinics. Entering benefits into the patients account in the appropriate EMR system. Completing following up on and entering authorizations for designated clinics.
A minimum of 1-3 years of insurance verification experience is required. Customer service oriented detailed and an organized individual are a high priority.
