Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification negotiating supplier agreements preparation of contracts and tender management
- Finding and evaluating suppliers products and services negotiating contracts and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising on quality.
- Develops and negotiates long term relationships with strategic suppliers
- Manages Supplier risk by ensuring continuity business plans are in place for potential unpreventable interruption to the supply chain.
- Experience with global sourcing
- Take ownership of the purchasing budget policy guidelines and any associated documents.
- Main procurement KPIs achievement
- Provide mentorship to department under control set its objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance.
Requirements for a successful candidate:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or International Economic Relations is preferred.
- Atleast 2 years ofrelevant experience.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability toengage negotiate and manage key stakeholders.
- Commercially and financially astute with experience ofmanaging budgets.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills: Applicants must have the ability tothink critically working outside the box.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong and confident negotiator with the ability tonegotiate atall levels.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Results orientated with ability toplan and deliver against project deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (B2 and over) is required.
