Enterprise Risk Management- Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Production of risk accumulation analysis and reports for senior management which involves data capture from multiple sources enhancement of data quality consolidation and presentation of analyzed output. Provide meaningful insight and challenge to risk reports to ensure consistency completeness and clarity of message.
- Assisting with maintenance and enhancements of global exposure database for the purpose of any emerging risks. Able to pick up adhoc work which involves research and be able to build a framework for the team to work on it.
- Able to research and analyze data on broad range of industry risks to identify the total exposure for Chubb towards that risk and being able to provide meaningful insight for decision making for the underwriters.
- Helping with process improvement of data capture and analysis. Identifying ways to improve efficiency and automate the process.
- Coordinate with onshore team to ensure timely delivery of projects and being able to provide resolution to the errors/issues related to the deliverables.
- Will be required to work on the ORSA reports
Required Skill set:
- ProficientinMicrosoft Excel /Word /PPT (including VBA macro skills ) other MS Office applications (Access) is a plus.
- Having knowledge on database management system and data analysis.
- Having knowledge on data modelling is advantage.
- Having knowledge on understanding business requirements is advantage.
- Intermediate programming skills including SQL/ R / Python would be an advantage.
- Having knowledge on data visualization tools like Qlik sense/Tableau/Power Bi.
- Having knowledge on Microsoft SQL server or snowflake is advantage.
- Strong analytical problem solving critical thinking skills.
- Detail oriented with ability to manage complex processes to successfully complete projects error free and meet required deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise verbal and written responses or reports of analyses results and work products.
- Adaptable and flexible about meeting project deadlines and changing priorities.
