This opportunity would be ideal for a Project Architect with a strong background in residential architecture and confidence using Revit in a live project environment.
Package:
40000 - 50000 (dependent on experience)

Monday to Friday 9.00am 5.00pm
Duties:
Lead residential projects from early concept through to completion
Develop detailed Revit models and coordinated drawing packages
Engage with consultants local authorities and project stakeholders
Attend design team meetings and site inspections
Prepare and present planning and design documentation
Requirements:
Proficient in Revit with demonstrable project-based experience
Background in residential or mixed-use housing projects
Skilled in managing design development and technical coordination
Confident communicating with external teams and leading meetings
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
