Essential / Desirable Skills and Experience (any flexibility)
- Prior experience of being a Head is ideal would look at a deputy stepping up but they have to be very strong in the interview
- The school is in a very good place people are very happy parents and kids are too.
- Ofsted coming next year but the Executive Head will be overseeing this.
- 2 terms ideally but could be 1 year depending on thew permanent recruitment they didnt get one single applicant when they last went out.
- Looking at getting interviews organise next week with a start ASAP start September but would like someone to be able to do a couple of days here and there over summer for a handover.
3 Most Important Things (skills / attributes/ qualifications you cant compromise on)
- Prior Headship / deputy experience is a must
- Being on site
- Able to start in september
