Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Location: Birmingham Private Clinic
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Hours Available)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support our clinical team in delivering outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting a proactive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clinicians with patient care during consultations and procedures
Prepare and maintain clinical areas ensuring cleanliness and compliance with infection control standards
Take and record vital signs (e.g. blood pressure temperature pulse)
Support patients with mobility personal hygiene and general comfort
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide reassurance and empathy to patients and families
Support the day-to-day running of the clinic
Requirements:
Previous HCA or clinical support experience (private healthcare experience desirable)
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to confidentiality and patient safety
