You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTipalti is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our growing team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading coaching and scaling a team of 7 outbound SDRs responsible for driving pipeline growth and uncovering opportunities for our sales team. In this role you will hire onboard and mentor SDRs equipping them with the skills and tools needed to become experts at outbound prospecting. You will be instrumental in setting weekly monthly and quarterly pipeline goals providing day-to-day coaching call coaching sessions and professional development through team and 1:1 meetings. As the SDR Manager you will collaborate closely with the field sales team and various stakeholders to implement pipeline-building strategies establish best practices and manage sales tools including Salesforce Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Tipaltis product line value proposition and sales process enabling your team to effectively open doors and communicate Tipaltis unique offerings to prospects.

The anticipated base pay rate for this position is $90000 - 105000. Variable pay rate will be paid in addition to the base salary noted.
