JOB SUMMARY:
The Line Lead is a working member of the production line team and is responsible for providing leadership for an assigned production line. Ensures that all safety quality and manufacturing processes and procedures are understood and followed to meet regulatory requirements customer expectations and business needs. Identifies and obtains resources to ensure that team members and equipment are performing in a manner to ensure optimum business performance.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each of the
essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or
ability required.)
Internal - High School or within 12 months of completing a GED and 1 year of production operations experience
External - High School or GED and 18 months of production operations experience
