Job Description
Intro
Were hiring aWarehouse & Logistics Specialist to manage shipping receiving inventory and equipment calibration. If youre organized detail-oriented and ready to grow with a collaborative team we want to meet you.
What will you do
- Receive and inspect incoming technical equipment and components
- Pack and ship customer orders demo units and service returns
- Perform calibration and function checks on GPR/NDT devices before deployment
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned tested and deployment-ready
- Maintain accurate records in inventory systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Support logistics for demos repairs and returns
- Collaborate with service sales and operations teams
- Maintain a clean safe and organized warehouse
- 13 years of warehouse shipping/receiving or logistics experience
- Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and interest in working with technical equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely around sensitive electronics
- Calibration or testing experience a plus (training provided)
- Dangerous Goods certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
