A growing partner animal hospital in Ocala Florida is seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its multi-doctor community-focused team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate relationship-based veterinary care to a wide range of patients.
Work closely with a team of veterinarians and support staff to maintain exceptional standards of care.
Foster trust and build long-term relationships with clients through communication and education.
Guide and mentor staff through the LevelUp clinical training program.
Manage a full caseload including general appointments and surgeries.
Qualifications:
DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or completion of ECFVG/PAVE program).
Active Florida veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).
Strong clinical surgical and communication skills.
Passion for animal care and team collaboration.
