Director of Sales and Marketing - Senior Living Community

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing for a Senior Living Community in Georgetown TX.
This is a full-time permanent salaried position with a trusted senior living operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary of $100000.00per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Marketing or Healthcare
- 2 years experience in senior living sales
- Prior experience as a marketing manager marketing director sales director or equivalent in assisted living senior living or memory care is preferred
- Current and valid drivers license
- Excellent skills in communication organization and relationship-building
Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out prospective residents and families for assisted living services.
- Coordinate referral process for patients starting skilled nursing services
- Provide the highest level of customer service including building the prospect CRM database responding to inquiries generating tours and performing purposeful follow up
- Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals clinics and other referral sources
