OVERVIEW
The primary responsibility is to oversee and maintain the companys CRM system (HubSpot) in close coordination with the marketing and sales teams. Additionally they focus on improving existing processes and implementing new ones to enhance corporate KPIs and drive business growth.
The Marketing Automation Specialist (MAS) Juno Health will:
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot leveraging its full technical and functional capabilities to support and evolve the companys CRM strategy.
Design and maintain customized dashboards reports workflows and user interfaces to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and security within the CRM system enforcing best practices and standards to maintain a reliable source of truth for business operations.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to design and implement a robust lead scoring model that drives effective lead qualification and conversion.
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns including segmentation A/B testing deployment and ongoing performance analysis.
Generate regular reports on the performance and ROI of marketing and sales email campaigns providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinate with the Creative Design Manager to develop and launch webpages landing pages forms and calls-to-action (CTAs) that support lead generation and campaign goals.
Lead and manage all HubSpot implementations and enhancements in partnership with the internal IT team.
Train Sales team members on new CRM functionalities updates and best practices to ensure effective usage and adoption.
Liaise with external agency partners to support and execute inbound marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute inbound strategies including LinkedIn advertising and lead generation efforts.
Stay current with industry trends tools and best practices in marketing CRM and communications to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA FedRAMP and NIST 800-53. Additionally they are required to undergo specific FedRAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with web content management systems
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Excellent organizational planning and project coordination abilities
Capable of managing multiple priorities and shifting focus as needed
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
Demonstrated initiative in identifying and resolving challenges independently

Workflow automation and optimization
Database hygiene and maintenance
Segmentation and targeting audience
A/B testing for email and landing page performance
Email and landing page design best practices
Basic HTML and CSS for customization
Lead nurturing and lead scoring strategies
Preferred:
Experience with digital marketing strategies including paid advertising and paid social media (especially LinkedIn)
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent
Any additional applicable training experience or advanced education
