The Role
Were looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager (EMS) to join our dynamic team. This role will report to the VP of Pharmacy Services with dotted line to the VP of CSF and Lee County EMS. This role will work collaboratively with the director of contracts and sourcing directors to negotiate EMS and Lee County-related agreements with suppliers as well as purchased services. This role involves reviewing negotiating and drafting contracts as well as ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions. The Sourcing Manager (EMS) is also responsible for monitoring contract performance identifying potential risks and issues and developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them while aligning EMS to current existing CSF Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to negotiate draft and manage complex service level agreements including terms/conditions and pricing under guidance from stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor contract performance including key performance indicators (KPIs) deadlines and deliverables and resolve issues proactively.
- Identify advise and execute opportunities associated with Customer-related contracting requests in alignment with CSF contracting standards.
- Partner with business analyst team to obtain contract analytics.
- Engage vendor support for the ongoing maintenance of products pricing and related attributes.
- Engage vendor support to manage vendor acquisitions/consolidations.
- Serve as liaison between CSF and vendor for any contract performance issues.
- Partner with contract specialist to ensure contracts are uploaded to the appropriate electronic file of CSF application.

Qualifications
What Youll Bring
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field
- Experience: years of experience in contract management or a related field. EMS EMT or nursing experience preferred
- Skills:
- Moderate to advanced proficiency in required computer skills including but not limited to use of the internet Microsoft Office products (Outlook Excel Word) and other CSF approved applications
- Other skills as outlined in the job description.
