Location: York (non City Centre) Hybrid Working Available

Were looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join our growing team in York. Whether youre looking to broaden your experience or take on more autonomy and client contact this role offers a clear path for progression within a supportive and ambitious firm.
About the Role
Youll work with a varied and loyal client base including companies partnerships charities healthcare professionals and agricultural businesses. The work is stimulating and wide-ranging including:
Business and asset sales/purchases
Mergers & acquisitions
Corporate restructuring and succession planning
Partnership and shareholder agreements
Investment arrangements and commercial advisory matters
Youll manage your own caseload with the support of experienced colleagues and enjoy client contact from day one. As your role grows so too will your involvement in business development and client relationship management.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Solicitor with 2 years PQE in corporate/commercial work
Strong technical grounding across transactional matters
A professional and commercial mindset with a client-first approach
Excellent communication IT and organisational skills
Ambition to develop long-term client relationships and your own network
