We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter / Assembler to join a long-established innovative manufacturer of high-performance equipment based in Bridlington.

What youll be doing:
Building mechanical assemblies and modules from engineering drawings and diagrams
Stripping down and reassembling machinery to a high standard
Assembling sub-systems to tight tolerances with a focus on quality and accuracy
Working from technical drawings and SOPs to ensure work is completed to spec
Supporting production targets within a busy manufacturing environment
Using hand tools power tools and manual equipment safely and efficiently
Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean organised work area
What were looking for:
A solid background in mechanical fitting or mechanical assembly within engineering or manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and a methodical practical approach
A positive proactive attitude and good communication skills
A BTEC or NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
