Accounts Payable Lead $5060ph 6-Month Contract Potential to Extend or Go Perm
Location: CBD / Inner Suburbs
Rate: $5060 per hour Super
Start Date: ASAP
Were working with a well-regarded organisation based in the CBD/Inner Suburbs seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Lead to support during a period of process change and transition. This is a 6-month contract with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the AP team promoting efficiency and accuracy
Oversee the full-function accounts payable process
Troubleshoot invoice or payment issues and resolve escalations
Support the rollout of a new PO system
Partner with Procurement Finance and other departments to improve workflows
Help monitor performance and ensure compliance with internal policies
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience leading an Accounts Payable function
Confident working with various systems and adaptable to change
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Proactive and capable of identifying and solving problems independently
Flexible and positive attitude thrives in evolving environments
