Job Description

Sales Coordinator
Location: Rochester Hills MI 48309 (100% Onsite)

Our client is a long-standing U.S. manufacturer of industrial adhesive equipment used across packaging automotive woodworking and other manufacturing sectors. All systems are built in-house and the company is known for durable products responsive service and strong customer relationships. The team operates in a stable collaborative environment with low turnover and long-term growth potential. This hire is being made in preparation for a well-regarded team members upcoming retirement.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $60000$65000
  • Full-time permanent role with long-term growth potential

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a reliable and personable Sales Coordinator to join their front office team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth customer interactions order processing and coordination across departments. Its an excellent opportunity for someone who values consistency teamwork and becoming a key point of support within a well-run operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
  • Enter and manage customer orders accurately from start to finish
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics with internal teams to meet customer deadlines
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and document all communications
  • Support internal teams with product and parts identification
  • Provide backup coverage during vacations and peak periods

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service office administration or order processing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with data entry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Sage 100 ERP and/or Sage CRM strongly preferred
