Job Description:

Are you passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and ensuring the highest standards of care Join our team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at the Lincoln Regional Center where your expertise will directly impact the well-being of individuals receiving behavioral health services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to lead quality improvement efforts ensure regulatory compliance and support a culture of excellence across our facility. Under limited supervision from the Program Administrator you will perform professional level work responsible to coordinate and implement the facility such as:

  • Direct and administer a comprehensive coordinated and integrated multi-disciplinary QA/PI program.
  • Coordinate with program administrators/managers to determine data collection needs develop data collection methods and provide consultation in regard to data collection and analysis.
  • Identify system barriers and opportunities for program improvement and directs program change conducts root cause analysis to recommend program change or consults with managers task forces training teams or committees to identify and remove program barriers.
  • Maintain accountability for follow up improvements and/or required plans of correction initiated through performance improvement activities/teams/projects.
  • Coordinate preparation for internal and external surveys and review processes. Function as a resource consultant to administrators and managers on applicable program state/federal standards regulations and guidelines. Identify new or changes in standards or review process and provides leadership role to develop data collection system or organizational procedures/regulations relative to new or changed standards/survey procedures.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Wage: $34.590 per hour with an increase to $36.320 per hour after successful completion of probation plus a $3.00 per hour facility differential.

**Wages will increase on July 1 2025 to $35.368 per hour will increase to $37.136 after successful completion of probation plus $3.00 per hour facility differential.**

This position is exempt from overtime.

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in a relevant field OR licensure as a registered nurse AND three years of program experience which includes statistical collection and analysis interpretation of regulations and laws evaluation of service efficiency root cause analysis and participation on QA/PI teams.

This position requires proficiency in English including the ability to read write speak and comprehend the language effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook Adobe SharePoint Databases. Experience with Medical Records and Project Management and Change Management experience. Audit experience to include developing and conducting audits. Previous supervision experience.


Knowledge of: program (such as health care delivery protection & safety etc.) theories concepts and practices; federal/state/or other QA standards or regulations; survey procedures and techniques; and data collection and analysis concepts and practices.

Ability to: coordinate work activities of project/work teams; direct and review the work of staff; develop coordinate and administer a comprehensive and integrated QA program; coordinate external survey processes; provide leadership and consultation to administrators/managers to endorse QA activities; communicate effectively; obtain cooperation of program officials to utilize QA procedures and practices; interpret and apply agency/state/federal laws and regulations; collect/interpret/analyze data relative to program outcome measures; conduct root cause analysis and present conclusions; work effectively with variety of officials and stakeholders.
