As the IT Business Partner you will serve as a key interface between IT and assigned business units focusing on delivering technical solutions particularly integrations that drive operational efficiency and strategic business value.
In this role you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements design and document solutions and support the delivery and ongoing optimization of integrated systems and services. You will align on business demand for IT Services and Support and contribute to IT roadmap curation drive key projects and ensure successful delivery of IT Services.
The IT Business Partner will report to Director IT Business Partner and will interface with cross-functional teams including Software Engineering Data & Analytics Application Development IT Operations vendors and business leadership.
Work collaboratively and align with key stakeholders to maintain a portfolio view of IT business products and prioritize business demand for IT services
Provide thought leadership on technical service offerings integrating with engineering and product teams to ensure business requirements and objectives are delivered successfully.
Gather and translate business functional and technical requirements for agile software development and data integration teams. Develop high-level development backlog (epics features) lead implementation plans and propose testing and support transition. Coordinate with Business Analysts Product Managers and development teams in designing data or application function workflows .
Lead and manage strategic technology partners and supporting technology vendors. Manages the staffing and deployment of assigned resources.
Conduct regular ongoing service reviews with the business stakeholders to ensure on-going alignment to priorities. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly reporting on progress and areas for improvement.
Research and understand market trends to help provide input into the business and IT roadmaps.
