Position Type: Part-Time leadership position up to 25 hours per week. May be required to work additional hours based upon demand.
Purpose: This leadership position oversees all aspects of our Ridge Kids operations. Responsibilities include ensuring child safety and security providing excellent customer service managing employee staffing training supervision and evaluation organizing summer camp programs and coordinating birthday parties.
Job Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Some post-secondary education preferred Certifications: CPR certification including AED and infant or higher. May obtain within the first 90 days of employment (Ridge offers these services).
Experience:
Three years of child management preferably in a child care center or school setting. At least one year of management experience with the ability to develop childrens programs/events to meet budgetary goals.
Compensation and Rate of Pay: Rate of Pay: $23 $28/ hr (DOE) Hours: Part-time available Monday Friday weekends if necessary
