Job Description
Environment:Denver CO (REMOTE)
Exciting career opportunity with a dynamic Tech SaaS company who is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee the accounting functions including global corporate accounting finance reporting revenue recognition procure to pay and accounting shared services.
Reporting to the CFO this role is a key part of the finance leadership team and will partner with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has deep technical accounting experience strong leadership skills and a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Management & Compliance: Lead the preparation and oversight of financial statements adhering to US GAAP and IFRS ensuring Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS ensuring timely close processes and enhanced internal controls. timely close processes and modernizing the internal control framework. Oversee revenue recognition ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and enhancing reporting accuracy through process improvements.
- Tax & Audit Coordination: Support US and international tax compliance analyze Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606 and support tax compliance advising on accounting standards and tax strategies.
- Audit & Treasury Management: Coordinate the annual financial audit maintaining strong relationships with external auditors. Manage treasury activities including banking relationships and accounting standards and tax rules to advise on strategies and manage annual financial audits maintaining strong relationships with external auditors.
- Treasury Payroll & Procurement Oversight: Manage treasury activities establish banking relationships and implement effective cash management policies. Supervise global payroll for accurate and timely processing ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and oversee cost-effective compliant procurement processes.

- Finance Optimization & Team Leadership: Improve accounting processes and financial systems to support growth overseeing system implementations. Lead and mentor a high-performing team fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance
- CPA Required
- 10 years accounting and financial experience is required
- Recent experience in Tech SaaS environment is required
