Job Description

Description of the role: The Parts Counter person at Valenti Chevrolet will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs managing inventory processing orders and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts - Process parts orders both in person and over the phone - Manage parts inventory and keep accurate records - Provide exceptional customer service at all times - Maintain a clean and organized parts department Requirements: - Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred - Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy Benefits: - Competitive compensation ranging from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour paid weekly - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the Bob Valenti Auto Group - Health insurance benefits - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid time off and holiday pay About the Company: The Valenti Auto Group has been a trusted name in the automotive industry for over 90 years.
