*Retention bonus of $600 after 90 days of employment*

More Clean of Texas is an exterior maintenance company working with both commercial and residential customers to maintain clean and beautiful properties. Our company strives to provide our customers with clean and safe parking areas and sidewalks while being environmentally conscious and responsible. No matter the size or type of customer we are committed to treating each property as if it were our own.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Porters work independently to perform routine manual labor involved in property maintenance to ensure cleanliness and safe conditions for vehicles and pedestrians. Our porters detail the properties with the use of backpack blowers in designated areas utilization of handheld tools and the occasional hand-picking of various debris sanitation of company property such as trash cans and ash trays and replacement of trash can liners. This is an entry-level position. Hours of operation are 8 AM - 5 PM.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to follow both written and oral instructions
- Ability to utilize Gmail and iPad technology
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job our drivers are routinely required to drive stand walk sit use hands/fingers reach outward reach above shoulder climb crawl squat or kneel and/or bend. They must occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs and/or push/pull up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU
More Clean of Texas provides on-the-job training with a 90 day probationary period. Retention bonuses will be issued at 30 and 90 day milestones. Thirty days will receive $150 and 90 days will receive $450 for a total of $600.
