Job Description
Responsible for the overall supply management and stocking of the main storeroom all campus janitorial closets and major capital equipment. Ensures all equipment meets safety requirements and is in proper working condition.
Shift:Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
List any requirements unique to this position in this department.
- Develops and maintains par levels for janitorial closets and the main supply room.
- Completes daily inventory of the storeroom and janitorial closets.
- Ensures all storeroom and janitorial closets are stocked according to established par levels.
- Ensures the EVS storeroom is fully secured and locked after hours.
- Collaborates closely with EVS management on purchasing approved products and notifies management of needed orders.
- Trained on all EVS equipment and assists in training associates on proper use and equipment safety.
- Ensures all equipment and supplies are correctly labeled.
- Maintains equipment inventory lists and performs weekly updates.
- Performs basic preventive maintenance on floor care equipment vacuum cleaners and other equipment.
- Schedules equipment repairs with service providers.
- Assists other EVS staff as needed.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and institutional goals.
Minimum Education and/or Training
State the minimum education and/or training required.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum Experience
State the minimum years of experience required to do this job successfully.
A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience is required.

Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
