Position Overview: Were seeking a driven individual to join our Agency brokerage team in Raleigh NC. Our Agency team represents institutional regional and local investors who own office buildings within the Raleigh-Durham office market. The JLL Raleigh Agency team supports our clients by strategizing positioning and marketing their vacant space to corporate tenants. This role demands a strong work ethic desire for success and aptitude for handling complex transactions in commercial real estate. The position requires time in the office interfacing with a larger team.
This individual will be involved in all aspects of evaluation negotiation and strategy development for Agency brokerage on behalf of our clients. A successful candidate must be articulate detail-oriented and confident to directly interface with client representatives. They must also possess the drive to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. The role is to help the Agency team increase market share remain an industry leader in the market and provide the best service possible to each client.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow client relationships by attending client meetings conducting property tours developing follow-up materials for clients (e.g. lease comparisons market overviews property summary books prospect or client presentations & proposals) providing clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business & maintain contact information on prospects.
Support client transaction process by reviewing quantitative office location data legal documents. Work with sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial models and financial analysis including cash flow projections valuation models & sensitivity analyses.
Collaborate with research and other team members to compile market information and statistics on the local commercial real estate market to assemble materials on market fundamentals ownership tenants & economic analysis.
Contribute to designated local market research requests: market snapshots market overviews quarterly market decks topic specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities.
Attend JLL University (JLLU) a 13-week training development and networking program in the first six months and commit to continuous professional growth with the support of team leaders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and excellent academic credentials required.
Preferred 2 years previous experience in corporate real estate consulting medical device sales pharmaceutical sales or similar.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools and CRM programs.
An NC real estate license is not required upon starting but must be obtained within the first 90 days.
Skills:
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
Must be well-spoken and possess strong presentation and effective business-writing skills.
Impeccable organizational collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Able to multi-task work successfully within set time frames and effectively manage time and workload.
Self-starter capable of maintaining a high energy level and being a team player.
