Job Description

Ford Office Technologies a Top Places to Work Pittsburgh 2024 Company is seeking highly motivated and driven Associate Account Executives to join our team. Whether youre a new graduate or a working professional who is looking to make a move into Sales this position is an excellent way to generate income while learning from our top Sales talent!


The Associate Account Executive (AAE) will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and building strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement and skill development in the sales and account management field.


This is a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm role and is a combination of in-office and in-the-field work. This role offers an hourly pay rate plus commission.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior account executives in identifying and prospecting potential clients through market research cold calling and networking.
  • Support the development of sales strategies and tactics to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals quotes and contracts to clients following company guidelines and pricing policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions sales activities and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about the latest developments.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing deals with clients adhering to established sales targets and timelines.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training programs workshops and self-study.


Requirements
  • An associate or bachelors degree in business or a related field.
  • One or more years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Positive team player.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Desire to advance within the sales department.
