About the Team
Join our global Contentious Risk & Insurance Team responsible for managing negligence claims other litigation and complaints against the firm across its global offices. Collaborating with lawyers global insurers and the wider Legal & Risk function our team plays a pivotal role in protecting the firms interests and reputation.
You will be responsible for
Responding to queries: managing the teams inbox and handling inadvertent email disclosures.
Assisting claims management: notifying global insurers of claims or potential claims and updating on their developments.
Supporting file requests: collating and reviewing materials for clients or former clients.
Aiding team functions: providing support to the team in relation to the preparation of reports and training presentations. Assistance with Legal & Risks ongoing training programme (including e-learning and risk refresher presentations).
Managing complaints: assisting with the management of complaints against the firm.
Supporting the firm: providing advice to lawyers and partners on liability/contentious issues and insurance queries.
Apply if you
Hold a law degree.
Have 1-2 years of experience in similar position preferably in international environment.
Have strong inter-personal and soft skills are a team player who is also capable of working on their own initiative.
Have proven drafting and oral communication skills in English.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail analytical thinking and organizational skills.
Are polite assertive service-oriented and adaptable under pressure.
Are confident in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and can balance competing priorities effectively.
Have a positive can do attitude.
Have advanced skills on creating PP presentations & MS Outlook has no secrets from you.
Location
Warsaw - hybrid model (2 days per week at the office)
Working hours: preferred 10-18.15 Monday-Friday
