This is a part time position (24 hours per week) and will be located atThe Clifton Hotel on St Pauls Road BS8. While The Clifton is the largest hotel in our group its 59 gorgeous rooms means its still firmly within the boutique hotel category. That said the Clifton is a busy hotel popular with groups business and leisure guests alike! With the popular Racks Bar & Kitchen restaurant on the lower ground floor and a caf space showcasing local art all over the walls you wont find another hotel quite like it!
Salary:15288 per annum (based on 24 hours per week) plus uncapped bonuses (on average around 80-100 extra per month however the uncapped nature of the bonus means that our top performers can expect to take home even more than this)
Hours:Part time 24 hours per week worked to a rota that will include evening and weekend work
Shift times:3 shifts per week comprising a combination of early shifts (approx. 7am - 3pm) and late shifts (approx. 2pm - 10pm)
Overtime:Agreed overtime is paid at a rate of 12.50 per hour. Non-agreed overtime is not paid but may be taken as time in lieu with the agreement of your manager.

Whilst you will be working hard you will also be working within a friendly and welcoming team. There is a lot for our receptionists to learn but a lot to gain from the role as well!
You are friendly confident and passionate about providing fantastic customer service to our guests. Youll be a team player willing and able to help out where needed and support your colleagues. You are motivated by meeting targets and are sales driven. Youll also enjoy the more administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what guests need!
You will ideally have good availability to work a combination of early shifts (7am - 3pm) and late shifts (2pm - 10pm) on a mixture of weekday and weekend days (rota based). We can be flexible to work around other commitments within reason!
