This is an ideal role for a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take the next step with an emphasis on listing client service and team support in a fast-paced rewarding environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions
- Overseeing the day-to-day lettings process
- Building relationships with landlords and applicants
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Achieving targets and KPIs
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Residential lettings experience essential
- Listing and valuation experience preferred
- Strong leadership potential and team spirit
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- Knowledge of the Isleworth area beneficial
- Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
