Availability:Open - Monday to Saturday
Compensation:$60000 to $90000 (base bonuses)

Youll love your position as an Service Advisor:
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
Develop estimates by costing materials supplies and labour and calculating customers payments.
Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms and causes discovered as well as services required.- Obtain approval signatures and enter ROs into service database system.
Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates expected return of vehicle and obtain customers approval of estimates.- Obtain and provide contact telephone numbers answer questions and concerns and arranging towing and temporary transportation.
Maintain accurate records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
Stay up to date on industry trends manufacturers information etc.
Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to up-sell!
- A growth mindset and a hunger to excel.
Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role.
Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset.- Strong communication organization and attention to detail.
- Technically savvy and previous DMS experience is a plus.
Valid G Drivers License and a clean drivers abstract.
