Job Description

  • $250000 Super Car Incentives
  • Brisbane based
  • Infrastructure projects ranging up to $100M

This Australian owned Civil Contractor is looking for a Senior Estimator to lead and develop a small team in the business that is continually growing and diversifying. The primary objective of the role will be to manage and co-ordinate the preparation of Construction estimates for submission of tenders including recommendations regarding construction techniques engineering procedures and the utilization of new technology.

Projects can range up to $100M incorporate: Earthworks concrete slabs / structures for local projects around south east QLD and rural mining and renewable projects. There will be a element of business development strategic planning managing a small team to ensure tenders are accurately priced and formalised to meet deadlines.

The role will include:

Preparing accurate tenders on projects

First principle estimating

Project programming & analysis of the tender documentation.

Supervise and develop support staff such as estimators and engineering assistants.
