Were looking for a mission-driven Physician Assistant to join our Brooklyn-based care team. In this field-based role youll work independently from a myLaurel-equipped vehicle to deliver hospital-grade care where patients need it mosttheir homes. Youll be supported by remote physician oversight real-time clinical collaboration tools and diagnostic equipment.
This is a standalone field role ideal for PAs who are confident working independently thrive in dynamic settings and believe in human-centered care.

Conduct in-home assessments and focused exams
Order and interpret labs EKGs and bedside diagnostics (e.g. POCUS)
Administer treatments (e.g. IV fluids wound care splinting)
Communicate with referring clinicians and coordinate follow-up care
Apply palliative principles and patient-centered care planning
Provide patient and caregiver education
Collaborate in clinical quality improvement (QI) efforts and team learning
Active NY State PA license (required)
BLS certification (ACLS a plus)
2 years of clinical experience in urgent care ED hospital medicine or similar acute settings
Strong clinical decision-making and comfort working solo in the field
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
Physical ability to manage stairs and multi-level homes
