What we are looking for:
Looking for a talented and friendly individual to join our team as a customer service specialist! As a key member of our office staff youll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients over the phone and in person.
Were seeking someone with a track record of success in a customer service role who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with healthcare office operations is a plus but not required - were willing to train the right candidate!
As a customer service specialist youll need to be a multitasking expert with excellent communication skills. Duties will include answering phones scheduling appointments managing client records and providing administrative support to our mental health professionals. We offer flexible working hours and a supportive work environment. We understand the importance of work-life balance and we strive to provide our employees with the flexibility they need to succeed. Scheduled hours would be the following: Monday: 8a-5p; Tuesday: 8a-5p; Wednesday: 8:15a-5:15p; Thursday: 10:15a-7:15p; Friday: 8:15a-3:15p.
