Your Role:
As our Body Shop Manager youll lead a dynamic team and oversee all operations of our collision repair facility. Youll ensure top-tier customer satisfaction efficient workflow and compliance with all industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and schedule daily Body Shop operations
- Build strong relationships with insurance adjusters
- Train motivate and manage Body Shop staff
- Monitor technician productivity and workflow
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory and production control
- Lead by example with professionalism and customer-first mindset
Requirements:
- 5 years in a Collision Repair Facility
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Valid Connecticut Appraisers License
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of body repair methods and dealership systems
- Valid CT drivers license with a clean driving record
- A team-oriented mindset with integrity and drive
